Reporting directly to the President/CEO, this individual will be responsible for overseeing the daily functions of networking, help desk support, telecommunications, cyber security, and core operations. Additionally, this individual will strategically lead the credit union in decisions regarding technology and technological investments. The successful candidate will have experience in leading technology teams, developing policy & procedures, vendor evaluation & management, and driving strategic initiatives.
