As an Operations Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our entire suite of retail delivery channels. The ideal candidate for this role would be extremely detail-oriented and driven by tangible results in order to achieve consistent metrics across a variety of branch locations in the mountain communities that we serve. This position reports to the Senior Vice President of the organization and works closely with that role to deliver a reliable and exemplary member experience.
