Customer Service Representative (via Phone) – Full Time
This position serves validated members via phone by providing accurate account or card information and cross selling beneficial credit union products/services and maintaining member accounts. The position processes transactions, opens and closes accounts and prepares accurate membership documents.
Job qualifications and experience requirements: High School diploma or equivalent. One to three years of similar or related experience preferred.

Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (with ½ hour lunch)
Rotating Saturday mornings, 8:45 am to 12:30 pm
