Endurance Federal Credit Union, a $150 million credit union based in Duncan, Oklahoma, is in search of an Assistant Vice President of Mortgage Lending to drive their mortgage loan operations. The Assistant Vice President of Mortgage Lending will be responsible for planning, organizing and directing the activities of the Mortgage Department. Oversees the extension of credit for home loans and related U/W, processing, closing, renewing, shipping and funding functions. Ensures that such lending operations are in accordance with established policies, procedures and legal requirements and result in maximum volume, appropriate profit and minimum delinquency rations. Successful candidate will have extensive product experience to include 1st and 2nd mortgages with FHA and VA product experience strongly desired. Ideal candidate will have 5+ years of mortgage lending experience within a credit union or banking institution. Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required. Endurance Federal Credit Union was chartered in 1960 as Duncan Industrial Services Credit Union, servicing Halliburton and other oilfield and industrial employees in Duncan. They changed our name to Halliburton Employees’ Credit Union in 1969 and by the late 1980’s all Halliburton employees throughout Oklahoma were eligible to join. There are currently 60 Select Employee Groups whose employees and their immediate family members are eligible to join and have recently changed their name to Endurance Federal Credit Union. Although Endurance FCU originated in Duncan, Oklahoma, they have over 5,000 shared service centers nationwide and continually look to provide innovative ways for members to access their credit union from around the world.
