Our members rely upon the Call Center Guides to be their trusted go-to source for help with any account maintenance, transactions, or online assistance. The successful candidate will continually demonstrate a superior approach to service as they engage members.
Essential Functions include:
Uses creative problem solving methodology to listen, empathize, react appropriately in assisting members in identifying solutions to their issue.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
Working knowledge of online/mobile banking technology products and services.
Seeks opportunities to enhance knowledge of Elevations products and services as well as member needs.
Focuses on key department service level metrics to best support the member experience.
Strong accuracy and detail orientation.
Works extensively with personal member information. Information must be handled with sensitivity and confidentiality.
Adheres to all Federal and State laws and regulations governing applicable to the Credit Union, including the Bank Secrecy Act.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Contact Center Manager
This role does not have supervisory responsibility.

Required Education and Experience:
Experience in a fast paced, customer focused environment
Minimum six months customer service, sales, or banking experience.
High School Diploma or equivalent GED
Bilingual English/Spanish speaking
This job operates in an office setting and routinely uses standard office equipment
Sitting frequently, walking occasionally, use of hands frequently, hearing constantly, talking frequently, exerting up to 10 lbs of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
Full time / 40 hours per week
