|What will you be doing?|
Provide complete lifecycle management of data request from requirement gathering through report retirement.
Work with stakeholders to identify reporting needs and translate them into business and data definitions.
Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, reports (standard, ad-hoc), dashboards, scorecards and KPIs to provide fast, effective and accurate insight into company data.
Use best practice to identify and integrate data sources into the MSSQL data warehouse. (SSIS and other utilities). Document custom development in accordance with best practices.
Create, maintain and support data extracts to support analytic and business applications.
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert on BI tools, recommend enhancements, new platforms and opportunities to grow the BI program.
Work with team members to drive a highly accountable and fun organizational culture
Share your knowledge and ideas on everything from effective practices to ways we can better support our membership and our team
|What makes you a great fit?|
Experience in report development, business analytics, business intelligence functions. Ideal candidates will also possess:
Experience with the Microsoft BI Tools (MSSQL, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS), Excel, Power BI or comparable tools.
Experience with TSQL, stored procedures, and modeling data.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The ability to understand complex concepts and effectively communicate them to nontechnical audiences.
Strong understanding of data warehouse and relational database concepts.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
An understanding of financial services, the credit union industry, and regulatory requirements.
