Responsible for building an ecosystem of digital member experiences across mobile, web and desktop from conception to delivery. Develops the strategy or executes on the strategy defined for those products and services, including working with relevant business partners to create the design, development, implementation, marketing and ongoing support. Ensures any projects, products or services follow the existing processes and procedures of the department.

Essential Functions include:
Build consensus amongst a wide range of partners including business owners, technology, operations, legal & compliance, marketing & sales
Provide a view on what it takes to build a scalable digital platform, shared components and services (personalization, search, alerts etc.) that can serve multiple distribution channels (mobile, web, desktop, api)
Organize, research and analyze member and business needs.
Bridge the technical and business worlds, ensuring we are building the right products with a combination of vision, market/user/competitor research and usage metrics
Follow a user-centric design-led approach to create impactful and commercial products and you should expect to advocate these Product Management principles with all types of audiences
Follow the Product Management discipline doing business analysis, market/user research, owning roadmap, project management, business and project plans
Question current processes and are curious, ask a lot of questions and propose solutions on how to improve the current situation.
Push the status quo and are able to strategize, plan and execute on your vision
Be a team player and roll your sleeves up when you need to, and also able to lead, influence product conversations with all parties
Drive excellent communication skills required to build consensus, awareness and education
Ability to navigate a matrix organization and the ability to influence by convincing


Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree, Master’s a plus
7-10 years product management, product marketing, or project management or similar role.
A proficient understanding of both web and mobile technologies
A strong understanding of using analytics data (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Webtrends, etc.)
Proven track record of taking projects from strategy to implementation, including program management of the digital product lifecycle
Exceptional project management skills
Collaborative and solution-oriented
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience leading research for experience briefs
Takes a customer-first approach, continually looking at how we can improve our end user experiences
Motivated self-starter who is able to interact well with staff and vendors
Experience working with agile/scrum methodology and user story creation
Experience with online/mobile testing
Comfortable working with several different points-of-contact, both internally and externally
Detail-oriented, organized and has the ability to manage multiple projects at one time
Always seeks to improve and strives to exceed expectations
Agile / Scrum Training experience is a plus

Work Environment:

This job operates in an office setting and routinely uses standard office equipment

Physical Requirements:

Sitting frequently, walking occasionally, use of hands frequently, hearing constantly, talking frequently, exerting up to 10 lbs of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects.
