Assists in achieving our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Will make numerous calls daily, working with prospects and existing clients, assisting with the sales process. Additionally, responsible for proposal and contract administration support.
|Major Duties and Responsibilities:|
-Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound calls, trade show leads and marketing campaigns.
-Manage the lead generation process for new opportunities and provide timely follow-up; answer prospect questions accurately.
-Track all opportunities, proposals, sales, status reports, etc. -Maintain customer database by inputting customer profile and updates
-Prepare sales presentations by compiling data; developing presentation formats and materials.
-Takes sales information and puts it into an easily readable format.
-Prepare and distribute monthly reports as necessary.
-Maintain company’s proposal guidelines and templates. Edit and proofread proposals for grammar, clarity, brand, and messaging consistency.
-Create and manage proposals for assigned opportunities and deliver within deadlines. Ensure that proposals are accurate.
-Assist Business Development and Management with the creation and management of proposals and RFPs for complex and customized sales engagements.
-Prepare and deliver new contracts for assigned opportunities. Manage the process with clients to obtain signed contracts.
-Manage the renewal of client contracts. Ensure renewals are conducted in a timely manner.
-Prepare and deliver price change notifications to clients. Address feedback from clients should it occur.
Keep current, accurate records and report on all phases of activities.
Stays informed on all CUSN products and services, both in-house and endorsed, and other general information of interest to credit unions.
-Three years of sales administration experience.
-One to three years contract management or proposal development experience a plus.
-Two plus years of experience in CRM software preferred; SalesForce.com a plus.
-Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required.
-Experience in the Financial Services industry preferred.
Associates degree required; BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or equivalent preferred.

-Regular exposure to favorable conditions such as those found in a normal office environment. Limited independent travel required.
