Meridian Trust Federal Credit Union, with over $355 million in assets, located in Cheyenne, Wyoming, is currently in search of a proven financial services executive to fill the newly created role of Executive Vice President. Reporting to the President/CEO, this individual will have oversight of the retail operations of the credit union, including the sales & service program and human resources. Driving service standards through proven leadership skills will be essential in this position. The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in data analysis, project management and lending. In addition to overseeing a nine branch infrastructure, the successful candidate will also be heavily involved in process improvement, product development, and the strategic planning process of the credit union.
