In this role you will be looked upon to champion the credit unionís sales & service program. The senior management team will charge this individual with driving sales goals and maintaining service standards by establishing accountability and enhancing performance through coaching and mentoring. This individual will also be responsible for ensuring that the member experience is consistent throughout the branch network, and that the credit unionís culture is maintained in the branch infrastructure.
