This position is responsible for the integration, support and security of the credit union’s client (desktop and portable) systems including all related hardware, software and telecommunications components and first-level Help Desk Support. This includes building out new PC’s, adding hardware, loading software and configuration. It includes configuration of printers, Outlook and drive mappings. The person in this position will maintain documentation of software, inventory, hardware, trouble tickets, users and network topology.

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Occasional weekends or evenings may be required.
