Public Service Credit Union is looking for our next Full-time Loss Mitigation Representative. This position is part of our Loss Mitigation team and is located in the South Denver Metro area on East Evans. Duties: |
In this position, you will be responsible for promoting an atmosphere that sets the standard for high quality service to both external and internal members. You will make a high number of outbound collection-related phone calls to our members, handling accounts that are delinquent and making payment arrangements to bring past due accounts current.
Work hours for this position may be scheduled between 9:00am and 6:00pm Monday through Friday, and Saturdays between 9:00am and 1:00pm. |
Qualifications: |
Required Experience:
Experience - This position requires excellent communication and member service skills, professionalism, courtesy, attention to detail and accuracy. The employee must work well under stress in a fast-paced environment. Solid PC, MS Word and MS Excel skills and the abilities to be assertive yet diplomatic while speaking with our credit union members on the phone are also required. Prior collections experience, while not absolutely required, is strongly preferred.
Bilingual skills in Spanish are desired, though not required.
Required Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
